His journey to becoming a chiropractor was inspired by a childhood experience. At the age of eight, he survived being hit by a car traveling at 75 mph, spending six weeks in the hospital, which instilled in him the desire to help others in need. It wasn't until he was 20 that he chose his field, influenced by his own positive experiences with chiropractic care, which notably alleviated his asthma.
Beyond his family and treating children, Dr. Brostowin is passionate about Neurology and emphasizes the importance of nutrition in managing autoimmune and other diseases. His holistic, preventative, and focused approach aims to improve overall health.
Dr. Brostowin has been married for over 34 years and has a daughter and son. Residing in Huntington, Long Island, he is dedicated to fitness, playing in a men's soccer league until 5 years ago for those 30 and older and serving as the team doctor. With a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he has trained others in resistance training and weightlifting techniques. He enjoys cardio, weightlifting, mountain biking, and street biking, embodying the principles he advocates.
